Creating a tutorial!

I have been wanting to try my hand at creating a tutorial – as this is the perfect way to merge teaching and technology- so I thought why not teach a basic skill that I find fun and interesting: The Sims.

The sims is an online game where you can create an entire life from scratch, you create your people, build your own house, control your sim’s aspirations and goals, and so much more. the sims is such a nostalgic game for my sister and I as we used to play the old version all the time together. Now, as adults we have recently become close friends again and one of there things we have found common ground on is building houses together. She asked me if I could show her how to do it more efficiently, which not only affirms my love of teaching but also warms my heart as a younger sibling being asked to help. so, I thought why not record it- it could be great practice moving forward into my studies, and also a useful video for anyone who wants to get started!
