As reading break begins to settle in, I feel it is the perfect time to fully reflect on the music I have written this semester. Furthermore, writing music in proper notation is HARD. there are so many moving pieces, so many small aspects to remember and think about, so many possibilities – and I think rather than sitting in fear of the endless potential I want to be brave and take it. By this, I mean that I want to try writing my song in musical notation.
